Ex-fiance of Atlanta 'Housewives' cast member dies after fight at strip club; suspect arrested

ATLANTA -- . Police say the former fiance of a cast member from "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" has died after he suffered massive head injuries in a “one-on-one” fight in the parking lot of an Atlanta strip bar, the Body Tap Club in the 1200 block of Marietta Boulevard. Atlanta police spokesman James Polite says Fredrick Richardson has been arrested and charged with voluntary manslaughter in the death of Ashley "A.J." Jewell. Richardson was also hospitalized due to injuries sustained in the fight and is at Grady Memorial Hospital, but will be jailed once released by medical staff. Jewell was engaged to "Housewives" cast member Kandi Burruss until August. He appeared in several episodes of the show, which follows metro Atlanta socialites. Police say Jewell worked at the club. They are not sure what caused the fight. Web site Essence.com reported last month that Jewell had bought an interest in an Atlanta club but she did not identify the business. Lady Gaga has confirmed yesterday's reports of her joint Kanye West Fame Kills tour being canceled and has responded to 50 Cent's retracted gay comments from earlier this week
According to Gaga, an agreement was made between one another to call off the highly-publicized tour

"Well, actually, it was a mutual decision to cancel the tour," she explained in an interview. "But I'm not taking any time off, so I'll be leaving just a week later than I was supposed to on my own solo tour. It will be the same places. So I will see you guys there...In respects to the creative work that [Kanye and I] did together, I won't be doing any of the things that we designed for the tour. It will be entirely new, and it will be just as amazing and memorable and epic...[As far as 50's comments,] I think it's sad -- and I think that nobody in any genre of music should accommodate homophobia."
