Ronald Lipscomb the prominent city developer at the center of two scandals that have rocked Baltimore’s City Hall today pleaded guilty June 22nd 2009 to one charge of violating campaign finance laws, in a plea deal arranged with the Maryland State Prosecutor’s office.

THIS FUCKIN CLOWN IS SHEILA DIXONS EX-BOYFRIEND...IN HIS GUILTY PLEA, HE IS GONNA COOPERATE WITH THE STATE AND SNITCH ON MAYOR SHEILA DIXON....OL' RAT ASS , CHEESE EATIN' BASTARD. ok so my best friends boyfriend hates me, i didnt really give 2 shits when i found out, but when it start affecting me and my homegirl relationship, i felt some type of way about this.

and im really happy for my friend cuz she really likes this nigga, but idk what to do about it.its starting to pull us apart. im starting to think the boyfriend is intimidated by me. but he has no reason 2 be cuz me and homegurl dont even look at eachother in a sexual way, its just strictly bestfriend shit.He even took me aside and asked me to leave their house, I told her about this and she said he was just in a bad mood, it took every inch of the LORD JESUS CHRIST and ALLAH to keep me from bashing his head in that day.She admits he doesn’t like me but said when she asked him why he said "i dont know"...wtf. I’m old enough (24) now to know that people can’t always like everyone but I’ve been nothing but diplomatic round dis clown. I just wanted us to get along because she is so important to both of us - but he won’t allow this. I can’t even go to her house anymore, any advice on this situation would be really appreciated, cuz i dont wanna fuck this nigga up and then she be mad at me, she all I got and all I trust wordlife.
