Ronald Lipscomb the prominent city developer at the center of two scandals that have rocked Baltimore’s City Hall today pleaded guilty June 22nd 2009 to one charge of violating campaign finance laws, in a plea deal arranged with the Maryland State Prosecutor’s office.
THIS FUCKIN CLOWN IS SHEILA DIXONS EX-BOYFRIEND...IN HIS GUILTY PLEA, HE IS GONNA COOPERATE WITH THE STATE AND SNITCH ON MAYOR SHEILA DIXON....OL' RAT ASS , CHEESE EATIN' BASTARD. NOW IM NO FAN OF SHEILA DIXON CUZ SHE DID WRONG 2, BUT OL' RONALD PUNK ASS SHOULD TAKE HIS CHARGE AND NOT SNITCH ON THE VERY WOMAN THAT PUT HIM IN A PROMINENT POSITION........EPIC FAIL.
