The federal government has announced a $423,500 study to find out why men don’t like to wear condoms. This is to funny,and yes, that would be a taxpayer-funded study. Researchers at Indiana University’s sexiest workplace, the Kinsey Institute, with National Institutes of Health funding, is investigating why young adult men a.k.a. (niggaz) have problems using condoms.
YOU WOULD THINK THEY HAVE BETTER SHIT 2 SPEND TAXPAYER MONEY ON...BUT IT IS A QUESTION THAT NEEDS ANSWERING.............I THINK.
